The model explains the principle of operation of the solar water heater:

The water cycle begins with the entry of cold water from the bottom of the boiler to the bottom of the solar heat-absorber. The water in the copper pipes, winding in the space between the black background and the covering glass (to achieve the greenhouse effect), heats up, relaxes, its specific mass is slightly smaller, and is pushed up by the cold water that weighs it down from above.

The water rises through the copper pipes to the top of the boiler, where it waits to be drained, to be used for household needs.

Note: The external water supply system and the water drainage system out of the boiler are not included in the model.
